Te Poutoko Ora a Kiwa (Centre for Pacific and Global Health) had the privilige of bringing together a group of distinguished leaders, including Former Cook Islands Prime Minister and Former Secretary-General of the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat (PIFS) Hon. Henry Puna, Former Director General of the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Programme (SPREP) Leota Kosi Latu, and President of Pacific Islands Students Fighting Climate Change (PISFCC) Cynthia Houniuhi, alongside our Co-Director Sir Collin Tukuitonga to discusse the future of Pacific cooperation. Secretary General Puna shared insights on effective partnerships built on “friendship, mutual benefit, and collective vision.”

The panel highlights key achievements in regionalism and emphasises the importance of Pacific solidarity—being “friend to all and enemy to none.” Features the launch of the report “Seeing Like a Regionalist.”
